Bad doctor in generally. Does not care for her patients at all. She is guessing her treatments! Don't go to her unless you are that desperate !

Texas never seen her face to face. She say behind the wall as intern Dr Russo checked me for physical. (Although just did a physical 7 months earlier ) . This was all about me having THC in blood system So they can take my piano meds away. Roxas sent the young Dr in with a stack of papers and sign this if you want meds.today. well it was a paper that stats I mist do drug test every month if I want pain meds ,and no THC in blood. I've used this combo of meds for years. Help me stay active and.moving as I was told to lose weight and start exercising. Was at cl ose to 3 hundred lbs. Lost weight sugar levels dropped. So than I had issues with neuropathy in feet Workouts slow down and than renewing my pain meds .Kiaser gave me Dr. RUSSO And he was over watched by the Dr. Behind wall. Roxas. She does not know me or my pain. But Because of THC in blood system she takes away my regime I was on for a good while now. My life is so uncomfortable without these meds. Cannot take… THC every time during the day, I won't be moving much. But the two together I was on a pretty good regime. I have read her reviews, and how can she still be employed by Kaiser. She's the worst and I'm wishing I had a chance to tell her face to face. So behind the wall Dr. You stink.

Dr.Roxas was my GP for a few years at Kaiser and my least favorite of all time. She was very rude and didn't listen to me when I had something going on. I dealt with problems that went undiagnosed when I was trying to find a solution. She was always very open in regards to scheduling and I know why.

Is she even really a doctor?

I've been a patient of dr. Roxas for a few years now. She has basically trained me not to come to the doctor's office because I do not ever leave satisfied that I have been listened to or taken cre of properly. I have not seen her In two years. I'm a little slow, I just realized I paying a lot of money to avoid the doctor, meanwhile I do have a lot of medical issues. I'm not only slow but I'm super nice - I'm giving her one more chance and if she fails miserably - which I'm afraid she will. Then I'm finally moving on. My advice to you is don't be a dummy like me, look elsewhere for care.

I saw this Dr. several times and just kept thinking this has to get better but it did not. I went in with terrible back pain and she gave a shot of moraphine and sent me on my way, thank goodness my Parents had muscle relaxers to get me through all the pain. She had told me several days before not to do anything to stress my back out anymore so I stayed home for 4 days because of the type of work I do (patient care) and when I told her i'd like a note to give to my work she said you should have told me thay before. Remember she told me not to stress my back yet she had additude with me fior doing what she said, anyway changed Doctors and am very happy now. By pass this, you can do much better.

horrible bed side manner - shocked that she is a doctor - wouldnt recommend her to anyone, not even an animal. rudest and most uncaring physician i have ever been to.

I went to Dr Roxas since my doctor is out for an extended period of time. I had my son with me. I was sitting on the patient table and my mother was in the corner chair (provided for patients companion) . When Dr Roxas entered the room - she looked at me sitting on the patient table and stated whos mandy? - that was my introduction to her. She didnt even introduce herself, let alone say hello or how are you today? Normally doctors introduce themselves when they enter the room. I had my son with me and he was not misbehaving or talking - I was sitting on the patient table and when my son moved and the paper that the patients sit on -- made a rumpling noise - she got up and threw her hands in the air and stated -- " HE IS GIVING ME A HEADACHE" this was not even a minute into my visit... needless to say this visit didnt last more than a few minutes and was a complete waste of time. the doctor couldnt even explain blood work to me correctly. She was very rude and… condescending. Dr roxas has a horrible bedside manner - its no wonder why this doctor has so many open appointments. Dr Roxas needs some training in patient doctor relations because her bedside manner has much to be desired. She does not know how to treat patients in a polite manner. She probably cant interact with people that well. Her lack of personality on how to interact with them is horrible. She obviously could never be a mother let alone a pediatrician since she cant stand children. My son was not misbehaving and didnt even say a word when she threw herself that he was in the room with me. My son has come to all my doctor visits at Kaiser and many doctors have gone out of their way to compliment his well behavior. Never had a problem. He did not do anything to warrant the insulting attack that I received from this doctor. Dr Roxas couldnt even explain a standard iron test correctly. Needless to say, I would never go back to this doctor even if she was the only one available. I am not intolerant of people having an off day, but her demeanor is of someone who has a total dislike or even hatred of children and a cold nasty manner as a person.
