had shoulder sugery done by Urbanowski. within months all the hardware came loose. I required 2 additional surgeries to remove every thing she had done and a total shoulder replacement stryker implant. The previous statements are facts.The following is an opinion. If you see a guy walking out of a B-rated horror movie and he says don't buy a ticket to that one, He's probably trying to do you a favor.

Spent two hours in the waiting room; when I was finally taken back to a room, I complained to her PA and was told the doctor was busy. PA too quick to diagnose without reviewing the films.

I felt comfortable with Dr. U and would go back to her for additional hand and or wrist concerns.

This doctor took xrays told me I had very bad arthritis. Due to allergies I cannot many medications. She told me she works with a company that will call and talk to me about current meds and allergies. They would then developed meds- rub on creams for me. Never heard from them nor did the doctors office follow up with me. Terrible
