Excellent visit as always. Dr Kupersmith takes care of my entire family. He is always compassionate, caring and makes us feel comfortable. Saw him last week during the COVID-19 pandemic and he and his entire staff made me feel safe. He told me any follow-up could be done by telemedicine. A true professional.

Dr Kupersmith is rude, disrespectful and arrogant. No bedside manners whatsoever. REALLY bad attitude.

Excellent Orthopedic - Hand Surgeon. Diagnosed my wrist problem when other doctors could not and outcome was great. Always there to answer questions and spent as much time with me as I needed.

i was seen by dr.kupersmith for herniation's throughout my neck and back.i was examined by him for maybe 60 seconds and and was forced to sign a waver not to videotape the exam or i could not be seen. dont fall the waver,i found out after the exam that dr.kupersmith can not reject my visit if i wanted to record it and not sign a waver. dr.kupersmith didnt even remove any clothing to see the surgery scars and muscle spasms throughout my body from injuries and sent me on my way reporting that everything is fine but its far from it.after his visit ive seen 2 top rated orthopedic surgeons in new york and now im awaiting a disc implant in the neck.dr.kupersmith doesnt care about your health,just wants to get paid.

My entire family sees Dr. Kupersmith and we have always been extremely happy with the care we have received. He is always available to see us on an emergency basis and if we have questions about our treatment or concerns he always returns our calls that same day.

I have been going this same orthopedic office since a teenager and now after my multiple experiences with dr. Kupersmith I will never go back. I incurred a work related injury about a year ago, upon speaking With dr. Kupersmith in person he assured me that my injury would in no way affect my future career and that he would write letters in my favor if needed. We also discussed how survey is not even an option at this time. However dr Kupersmith decided to put in for the authorization for the surgery anyway through workmans comp. when I called the office to speak with him the secretary called me back and told me dr Kupersmith dies not speak with anyone on the phone. The only way to speak with him is to see him at an appointment. What dr doesn't speak to his patients??? When I started needed letters for a future career, he was Extremely unwilling to write everything. When I told him I am being questioned about the surgery authorization he replied "they weren't supposed to read my notes".… Needless to say I was never hired. DR KUPERSMITH IS ALL BOUT THE MONEY AND CAN CARE LESS ABOUT THE PATIENT. I would never recommend him to anyone.

This Dr. just writes whatever is good for the insurance company, not the patient..

he said at 6 months i would get surgery and 6 months comes and he said no there is some healing. going on 9 months now with a broken wrist, not being able to work and now he is going to do surgery. what took so long
