Lee Mckoin, MD

Lee McKoin, MD, has joined the pediatrics department and pediatrics clinic at Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend.
They earned their doctor of medicine from the University of Washington and completed their pediatric residency at Seattle Children's Hospital -- Alaska Track. That included residencies at Seattle Children's Hospital, the University of Washington Medical Center, Odessa Brown Children's Clinic in Seattle and Yakima Memorial Hospital; the Alaska Native Medical Center and Kusilvak Career Academy in Anchorage; and the Tanana Valley Clinic and Fairbanks Memorial Hospital in Fairbanks.
They chose a career in pediatrics because they love working with parents -- promoting those foundational relationships for strong mental and physical health -- and teaching kids through teens to love their bodies and to take care of them.
In their free time, they enjoy biking, hiking, backpacking, dancing, canning and building connections across their community.
