One of the best Drs I have met in my 50+ years! I have been going to Dr. Pollick for approximately four years now. I have seen him for numerous ailments and this is the most knowledgeable, professional, deeply concerning caring doctor I have ever met. Each visit he spends as much time needed in his office with you going over details Regarding your current concern as well as any other concerns you may have. I really appreciate a person/doctor that gives his undivided attention and you can hear the sincerity when speaking with Dr. Pollack. Thank you!!! Mark

Dr. Pollack is the most thorough of Physicians. His experience and top notch his field He also has a heart of gold. I'd recommend him to anyone with Neurology related illness.

He might be a good doctor, but he doesn't take Cigna.

I have been suffering from chronic pain, migraines, and severe headaches for over 5 years. I have been to countless other doctors but Dr. Pollack is the BEST. My GP referred me to him and after reading reviews I was hesitant but he is the best doctor I have ever seen. I have had botox in the last few weeks to treat the migraines and I can say that I have only had 1 headache in the 3 weeks since. He takes his time and listens. The wait really sucks but Dr. Pollack is going to take his time with you and really work to help solve your problem.

Dr. Pollack himself is a great doctor. However, his staff is unprofessional and lack communication abilities. They are also an unorganized office. If you need anything faxed from them, be prepared to wait a least a week and a half. Dr. Pollack I would personally advise you to hire a completely new staff. As I'm sure you already know, your team represents you! I would hope this isn't who you really are and my encounters with you were all fake. They should remember the patients pay their paychecks

After seeing three other neurologist, Dr. Pollack was the only one that figured out what was wrong. I have been seeing him for many of years and because of him my quality of life has improved. The reason the wait time is so long is because he cares about his patients and takes his time with each. I would rather wait then be rushed like most doctors do. He knows what he is doing. He cares and prefers quality care and not quantity!!!

I really liked this doctor but his office staff was rude and dismissive. I always felt like I was bothering them even when giving them my money for services. I also think it is wrong to charge for a Authorization request for medication that the dr prescribes.

I've seen him for almost a year and he takes his time with you and doesn't rush you. If your insurance doesn't cover a certain medication he will find an alternative. Christine is also great and willing to help you and his staff is friendly and helpful

Wait time is usually very long. The doctor spends a lot of time with each patient, however the patient scheduling is not taken into consideration. He went to great lengths to find my problem. Office staff is nice and helpful. Wait time is the only questionable thing. He is not warm and fuzzy but thoughtful.

I have been a patient for 9 yrs and have always been treated good. I even know some of the staff by name and they always speak to me. Dr. Pollack listens to you and tries to find a solution and will work with you to get the right treatment
