Dr. Leena Satish Sheth, MD

First time patient impression: squalor and emotional dysregulation. Leena Sheth (the “doctor”) became agitated and aggressive after I told her that her office is dirty. She told me to leave and would no longer help me with my appointment. After pleading with her to help me and her refusing, I reported her in real time to my health insurance provider over my cellphone. While I was sitting down in the filthy exam room reporting her on my phone, she invaded my personal space to stand over me and shake her pen in my face, while loudly demanding that I give her my phone so she could talk to my insurance. I was literally shaking from the stress. So glad I took photos and reported her to my insurance company. This place is disgusting. Leena should be ashamed.

This woman should not be able to practice medicine,she looks like shes a bag lady from streets, the office is dirty and clutter everywhere.Her and her office staff are the unprofessional and rude.This so called dr. Cant remember why I'm even there . I had to find a new dr just so I can get the professional help that I really need .this dr.(jeckyl) needs to give this up.All I can say is "what a joke,she gives REAL doctors a bad name"

First of all worst doctor I have ever gotten. I regret my insurance sending me this physician. Will definitely switch. I highly recommend that patients before going in be prepared for ruthless service. Dr Sheth once I met her was very bad, as a physician she doesn’t care for patients was very rude. I came in for physical checkup she didn’t even talk about it. I also had some reason to get my other questions asked about some vaccines. Terrible doctor I hope her license gets revoked. She was extremely rude as I felt was proud of being a doctor felt like she was running a business in a third-World country. Making patients run for their own work rather than helping or offering them something.

I have been going to Dr. Sheth for over 15 years. She is a kind and caring doctor. I trust her completely and would recommend her to my friends. I have also found her staff to be efficient and polite.

Dr. Sheth spent a good amount of time with me discussing the medical problem, the possible treatments and probable outcomes of each. This physician is very knowledgeable, extremely caring and is an excellent communicator. Her staff is much the same. They had my referral to a specialist arranged promptly and followed-up on it afterward. As a professor and university administrator I especially appreciate the excellent medical knowledge and communication skills of the doctor and her staff. I am very glad to have found this physician and office staff to help me with my medical needs.

Horrible horrible doctor! Had an appointment with her at the Rancho Cucamonga office at 9:15 am-- she saw us at 1 pm On top of that, her MA gave me wrong information about certain vaccines that we needed--cost me about $300! Doctor wasn't even gracious enough to give us a discount on the vaccine that we REALLY needed!! Just no customer service at all!!! Horrible doctor!

I wasn't happy w/ the Pomona office going to try the the office in Rancho Cucamonga, and if its the same as Pomona office I am differently going to change doctor, the lady up in front office kinda rude & same w/ doctor, and know that the doctor is Indian they aren't clean person, front office the carpet was tap down with tap cause by tears and the room that you get examen the bed that you would sit on furniture is falling apart, and she seems like she didn't want to spend time with you, as a mother i want to ask questions and it seems like that she was in a hurry w/ other patients.

The office manager is very rude and when I tried to escalate to the doctor she was even worst..I got my green card papers rejected 5 times because they did mistakes in the medical records which cost me time and money

Dr sheth was very couteous. Her bedside manner was excellent. She answered all my questions in a professional manner. I would recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable Doctor.
