Dr. Leif Norenberg, MD

Leif Norenberg, M.D., has been a General Pediatrician in private practice on Cape Cod since 1994. After working with incredibly talented Pediatricians at All Children’s and Tampa General Hospitals, Leif knew that caring for babies, children, and adolescents was what he should do. As the Chief of Pediatrics at Cape Cod Hospital for two and a half years, Leif helped to forge relationships with Boston Hospitals, to improve the quality of Pediatric care at Cape Cod Hospital, and to make sick newborn transfers more efficient and seamless. In private practice, at Briarpatch Pediatrics, he has endeavored to make pediatric primary care the best in the area by embracing technology, volunteering his services, and joining the Preferred Pediatric Physicians Organization at Boston Children's Hospital. Going above and beyond, since the early nineties, he has faithfully devoted himself to caring for the young patients and families on the Cape and Nantucket Island.
