Superb professional, very client focused and an excellent communicator.

Dr. Dew told me that her staff would call me as her nurse would find me a place where my insurance (Blue Cross/Blue Shield) would be accepted for a follow-up PET Scan for a probable cancer diagnosis of lymphoma. I waited 11 days and no one called me. So I finally called them. Then the office staff said that the imaging place was supposed to call me, even though that's not what Dr. Dew said would happen. Her office did not follow through with me. Then I called the imaging place and set up my appointment, ok...Suresh. Then a week after making my appointment, Dr. Dews office leaves me another message on my home phone asking me to let them know when my appointments are for my PET Scan AND my biopsy are. WHAT??? Dr Dew never mentioned that I needed to make an appointment for a biopsy! No one called me to tell me that I needed to schedule that as well, or where to schedule it at!!! Very poor communication with these people. I feel there is lack of support with these people,… especially when I'm just getting a diagnosis of cancer...good grief! Guess this is what they mean when people tell you, you have to be a fighter - you have to fight to get some action!

Great people skills, plus being a great doctor... can't go wrong with Dr. Dew.

Great bedside manner, very good listener. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

I will recommend her to anyone in need of an ENT. She was wonderful with my son, and he wishes he could keep going back. I however am thankful that we don't need to keep going back, she fixed the problems we were having with my son!

I honestly think this Dr is out to remove every adnoid in the US. Removed my son's and it made no difference in his condition. What REALLY made me angry was on our last visit I brought my then 6 year old with me. He said something to me in the check up room, at ewhich point Dr Dew said, :sounds like his adnoids can come out too."Buyer beware. I think we are buying vacation condos for her.Not happy.
