"Dr Leila" never appears, she must hate patients, she is the rudest person over the phone and her staff is horrible!

I went in for urgent care. She’s not there and said they’re booked tomorrow. I was trying to clarify a question and the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. Don’t go here if you need immediate help.

She is never in the office I've been sick going on day twelve no prescription for antibiotics was written so I can have it filled if needed I don't recommend this office for a primary care physician The doctor not available is always out of the office in call and patients are more likely seen by assistant

this office was horrible from start to finish, the doctors assitant Sara couldnt figure out what was wrong with me,I had sore throat very high fever so she perscribes Vitamins! and a bunch of junk that she almost insist I buy in her office like a sales pitch! i left this office so upset , I had severe broncitsis and was given PROPER treatment from another clinic. this place needs to be shut down.

This office does not contain a doctor of medicine. All visits are handled by a physician assistant. I do not know why this is legal. Whatever you do when you get there, DO NOT CRY or they will kick you out. They say that you are disturbing the other patients.

I saw Sara the chubby nurse assistant Who eyeballs you up and down , after she talked for about 45 min about the most ridiculous silly things that had nothing to do w my visit , I told her to speed things along . Then she for angry & asked me for a urine sample . When I came back into the room my I noticed my purse opened and didn't think much of it till I left and checked my cash was missing! Sara played dumb and acted like she didn't know who got into my bag! Of corae she did . I am speaking to a attorney this woman this big heavy set nurse is a scam do not let send you for a urine sample!

Leila Rhodes wrote several perscriptions that were not neccessary for my diagnose for a minor cold, it was clear she is receiving kickbacks for ridiclous scripts. Sara her assitant is not a bright one, these 2 will have you do blood work for test that Have NO revelance to your visit. chlosterol for a baby test?? stay clear of this team they will overbill your insurance then send you bills for test you never approved!!

Sara the "assistant" ran several test on my husband and I that she never told us she was running !!!! Then she claimed to have went over these test w us ? No such happened ! This girl was very dingy she couldnt answer basic questions I asked her- she would guess at answers that made ZERO sense Went to a new GP thankfully after being told I needed a test that wasn't related to my visit ! This girl was just a piece of work Got a bill from this office for procedures I never had done! They gave been reported and will never return I see this place is a front for insurance scams on elderly and I won't be take. Advantage of ever again. Nor will my husband from this awful place

I'm new to the area & I had an accident at home (cut my hand). I didn't even know where the hospital was but emembered driving past the urgent care sign on La Jolla Blvd so went there. The sign said they were closed for lunch but the staff got me right in and treated. This office really cares and Dr Rhodes is now my new primary doctor.
