Dr.Lela Emid suggested to me to get a endometrial ablation. Even after I told her I had endometriosis and a infection in my uterus. She still suggested this surgery and my husband and I found out later she was a instructor of this surgery. I suppose I was a practice patient? Found out later you should never suppose to this procedure on someone with my history. After the procedure I had to horrible cramping for about a week. She just brushed off my pain and told me to tough it up. Well I probably had adhesions in my stomach when she performed this procedure. 8 months later everytime I had my period I thought I was dying. For 7 months I had pain when I had my period ended up in ER. 4 catscans later they found out endometrial ablation failure and I would have to have a hysterectomy. This surgery took 5 hours because my insides were covered in adhesions. My organs were wrapped up in these adhesions. She messed me up bad. She should of NEVER did this procedure on me. I haven't been the same… since after this surgery. My new obgyn would of never performed this procedure with my female history and past diagnosis. Thanks lady!!!
