Lenka Rychetsky

Dr. Rychetsky's assistant is difficult to deal with when calling in to request help. Phone calls do not get returned in a timely period if they are ever returned. The patient is required to fit into business hour scheduling, urgent care is not provided out side of the office hours or on days off. The office that Dr. Rychetsky is in is filthy, dull, cramped and dreary. Not a good professional image.

Dr. R just moved into a new office, and I was concerned that it would not be as efficient as her previous location. This location is small (3 Physicians) but feels cozy. Same MA as before. I believe you will be very pleased if you desire a capable, caring Doctor.

She is an amazing Dr.

I feel she is a caring and thorough doctor. Though, she is part time, so it's basically not possible to see her on an emergency basis. I've gone to her for seven years but anytime I need a doctor right away, I have to go to Urgent Care.

Dr. Rychetsky is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. I have been consistently impressed with her thoroughness and follow up with my parents. She is patient and takes the time to fully explain and answer any questions. If test results indicate a need for more testing or a change in medications, she contacts us (I don't need to chase results down).
