Lenna Go, O.D. started her career as an optometrist in 2010 after earning her Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelors of Arts from the University of California at Berkeley in 2002. During her time in Illinois College of Optometry, Dr. Go has been involved in various high honors student clubs, serving as president for one of them. Dr. Go also participated in a mission trip to Guadalajara, Mexico, helping the impoverished locals and children, all the while learning basic Spanish to conduct eye exams. Since graduation, Dr. Go has spent her time working in a corporate setting, helping patients with eyeglasses and contact lens fitting, management of various ocular diseases, including dry eye, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and red eye emergencies. Outside of optometry, some of her hobbies include reading books, listening to music, watching and listening to podcasts, trying new food, and travel.
