I have been calling and speaking to the office manager Yin for 5 months! The office billed >$500 in lab work that was never completed and added diagnosis codes to my EMR that had nothing to do with me. They charged me $175 for the visit when it should have been $101 based on negotiated insurance rate. When I asked to have EMR corrected I am told they are changing systems . When I ask to speak to billing dept - I was told wee are changing vendors - when I ask to speak to Dir of Ops. Booked online for this doctor, when I arrived the clinic had a different name and had never heard of him. The number listed for him was a fax line. I found another doctor who worked at the same clinic and called that number--they had never opened a location in my city, even though they were actively booking appointments there. This is a vindictive and cruel waste of sick people's time.
