Dr. Leo William Lane, DO

The office doesn’t follow up on tests and has prescribed new medicine without seeing elderly patient with many health problems 2x in the past 3 months. The first was an antibiotic. The second was steroids. Both were for separate problems. The profoundly hard of hearing elderly patient called and they called in a prescription. Both meds interact with ones he already takes.

My elderly mother has been a patient of Dr. Lane for over 15 years. She went to the office with stomach pain. The nurse ordered a CT scan. After the scan revealed a devastating cancer, she was informed by telephone by a staff person. The doctor NEVER called. She was hurt and I was angry. Recently, she had difficulty breathing, was weak and could barely walk. We went to the office and was told that they were too busy to see her immediately. There was no effort to help; rather they suggested coming back later that day or the next morning or go to the ER. We went to the ER where she was admitted for pneumonia- - - very dangerous for an elderly person with cancer.

It took almost three years to actually meet this doctor while I was his patient. Needed treatment for shingles, had to go to my previous md for treatment. Couldn't get past the office staff for an appointment. Very poor

Love love all the practitioners, nurses and Dr lane! I never questions my health care with them. Have been going there for years. However, their front staff is not very courteous, their phone always has a busy signal, my questions are always answered in a snippy manner. I work in the health field myself, and I know there are better ways to go about speaking to patients.

Outstanding Doctor, Cares very much about patients and truly listens to medical concerns. Always on top of his game.

I think Dr lane is fantastic. His nurse practitioner Lauren ferrarra is absolutely wonderful as well. I never felt like they were rushing to get me out of the room and was always spoken to with sympathy and care.

There is no question that Leo Lane and the Nurse Practitioners and staff of his office are some of the most competent and nicest that I have ever found. My family and I have been patients for many years and find that their compassionate personal care is always the best. Thank you so much for your care.

I have been seeing DR Lane since the late 90s. Before him, i bounced around through a few subpar drs but i finally found the perfect Dr. I also really like the NP Lauren who i have seen a few times both for emergencies and for a routine visit. One thing that i do't take for granted and really apprciate is the fact that before he walks in the room they read your file and come in prepared. Then they will be willing to sit, listen and respond without making you feel rushed. . The main window receptionist could use some lessons in customer service and manors but the medical staff is hands down amazing.

The thing that I like the most about Dr. Lane is that he never under estimates your pain or symptoms. He is very sympathetic and gives each patient the nessesary time

Best doctor I've ever encountered. Friendly, genuinely caring, (appropriately hilarious lol), and thorough. Has always accurately diagnosed (or gotten to the bottom of) everything I and my family members have been in for throughout the years. He never makes me feel rushed and makes sure all my concerns are heard. Wish all doctors were as adept and all around cool as Dr. Lane. :)
