Dr. De Mar is an outstanding dermatologist. He's right on the mark in finding potential skin problems if not attended to. Excellent manner.

My experience at Dr. Demar's office was extremely positive given the circumstances of my visit - I didn't interact much with his staff, but he was a very warm person and a thorough diagnostician. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Demar to friends. I had relatively bad acne but wasn't sure it meritted medical treatment so I was hesitant to go to see a derm. Dr. Demar made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in and was attentive to my concerns. It's clear he loves his job and genuinely cares about his patients. I've seen him a few times since for follow-ups and (except for the receptionists who I agree need work) I have always had a wonderful experience! Great doctor!

Dr. Demar is an excellent doctor and is not afraid to spend all the time needed with a patient. That said, there can be very long waits for an appointment, due to his spending so much time. Sometimes the front desk can be very rude. Improvement is needed here. Dr. Demar's assistant, Ruth, is wonderful.

Dr. Demar is a great doctor. I have seen many dermatologists and hold them to a high standard. He has a great personality, always has made me feel at ease and is very knowledgeable in his field. The staff on the other hand is not as praiseworthy. The receptionists are rude and uncaring toward patients. Many times I have been sitting in the waiting room only to hear them talk about other patients or personal matters. If I didn't like Dr. Demar so much I probably wouldn't go back. Their disrespect from the moment you walk through the door is not a welcoming environment especially when you are there for the first time and don't know what to expect.

The front office staff was so rude and brusque that I don't want to return to the practice. Doctor seemed nice enough.
