Dr. Leon G Partamian, MD

I can`t say anything about the doctor,but the staff is very nasty. Sick people need care and understanding. In America we are used to such relationships. Office manager rude and nasty. I recommend always bypassing this office.

My husband was doing a meet and greet (office visiting) to find a new long term Glaucoma doc, and we were taken back by how nasty the docs wife was, not just to us, but to an existing patient. We have never met such a toxic human being in a physician's office before. We could not believe she would not take a case, that had ocular surgery at UCLA a year ago (this doc was a UCLA educated guy), but didn't want to drive the distance anymore. The need was for continuing Glaucoma status checks. We walked away with the feeling if the case wasn't lucrative, then the practice wasn't interested. The blonde young lady receptionist was ok, but we could not deal with Adolf with lady parts. OMG, scary person. We'll pass. We had some fun on the way home, wondering if Adolf was reincarnated.

Dr. Partamian became my Dr. after a serious auto immune incident which affected eye pressure. I have continued to trust him ever since with any issue that has come up with my eyes. He is very attentive and spends as much time as needed to explain what tests he is taking. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has eye issues and need special attention or for that matter anyone that needs a very qualified eye Doctor for routine checkups.

As someone who might seem as a "difficult case" for other doctors, Dr. Partamian's expertise in the low-vision/glaucoma field makes him the only doctor I trust with my eyes. I firmly believe that my vision would not be the same today if I had not followed his expert advice for the last fifteen years. You might wait a bit in the waiting room for him to see you, but I assure you, he is definitely worth the wait.

Most doctors in any specialty have a lot of assistants to help them with their pratice. Leon is one of the few that does the important stuff himself. This is very important. Highly recommended.

Dr. Partamian saved my eyesight and cured my near constant headaches, which were eye related. He's incredibly caring and thorough. I recommend him without hesitation.

REALLY REALLY EXCELLENT EYE DOCTOR. HE IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER GONE TO, ESPECIALLY SINCE I HAVE DIABETES.
