As one of the posts below stated, we had same experience. Very impolite. Said same thing Why were we there. Very condescending. Not a good first time experience.

The people were very friendly, the attention was quick. The doctor was super friendly and very professional.

Dr Flescher is warm and caring. He has your best interest at heart and shows it.

Doctor was excellent he took his time and was very detailed and asked me lots of questions. He seems like he really cares and also knows what he is talking about ! Happy I found him!

After a bit of time waiting, procedure went well.

He was unpolite to us. He says ' I don't understand what are you doing here'. We had a neurologist referral, and there was arguments in the computer, but he didn't read those. He was impolite.He did not say hello, one goodby, no smiling, ....he just walking out of the room. .... My mom is 92 years, and very sensitive (with altzheimer) so this visit was not good experience.

Dr Flescher & the entire staff were kind, professional & caring. I was very nervous, but they alleviated much of my stress.

My husband and I have never had a better gastro so thorough sincerely cares and gives his all! He is the BEST along with kind and considerate staff! We have lived in different states and knows a few gastro doctors at our age too!

Dr Flescher has been the family gastroenterologist for years. He took great care of my late mother and gave her a great quality of life for three years. He correctly diagnosed her condition and provided a course of treatment that kept healthy. He was always kind. I like his bedside manner. Now he takes care of me. I had a colonoscopy 11/15. Everything was as good as you could expect for a colonoscopy.
