The receptionist was not nice. The nurse was great. Very sweet and helpful. I meant to see another doctor, who called in ill (HA!) - Dr. Navickas himself, walked in and stood in the doorway, and asked sternly; "what can I do for you?" - then proceeded to cut me off to tell me he could not help me. That I would need to see a specialist instead. I asked if he had any recommendations, which was ignored. He cut me off again to note that my copay would be refunded. I waited over an hour to see some guy who told me he couldn't help me while he shoved me out the door. Please don't waste your time. This guy sucks.

Even after going to Dr. Navickas for several years, he had no idea of who I was. The last time I went for a physical, he seemed to just be going through the motions. He seemed unconcerned and was more focused on his laptop computer than in determining how I felt or how I was doing. I will not go back.

I have been a patient of Dr. Navickas for about 30 years, and I have found him always to be very thorough. He seems to keep up on new medications and treatments, and he recommends generic medications when available which has saved me significant costs. I would highly recommend him as a family doctor. His staff always returns my calls with questions that I have.

He is personable, thorough, and considerate. He knows medicine and always acts in my best interest. Five stars.

I think title says it all. Don't waste your time or your co-pay. It's unfortunate when physicians are more concerned about the kick backs they will get from the pharmaceutical companies than the care for their patients. I am never going back to this doctor or this office. He also preformed an exam and billed my insurance after he said he couldn't do anything and I would have to go to a specialist.

Dr. Navickas has been my physician for a number of years. Over time I've had to switch to other doctors with medical plan changes, but I've always come back when able. The practice provides really good general health care - not over or under diagnosing or prescribing, as far as I can tell. I look forward to continuing with Dr. Navickas for years to come.
