I went to Dr. Taddei to have a tooth replacement procedure because he know my parents. It was last minute because i ate a sandwich and my tooth just fell out. I appreciated very much that he squeezed me in last minute but unfortunately after I left and the excitement of a new tooth passed I realized I could not close my mouth properly, it had rough edges, and was too big compared to my other teeth. I called and I was set up with another appointment and had those things fixed. About two weeks after the tooth was put it it fell out, when the previous one I had from another dentist lasted 5 years! I paid $286 with health insurance for the initially procedure and two weeks later I had no tooth. Once again I called about the issue and this time the response was "there's nothing more we can do". Immediately after I made an appointment with a different dentist and had a perfect still intact tooth put in but had to spend twice the money because of the first failed tooth. When I emailed Dr. … Taddei about the issue and how I wanted my money reimbursed he explained he squeezed me in last minute, it wasn't his responsibility in the first place but he wanted to help me, and that he would not give me my money back but he could give me credit... I have never felt so taken advantage of and disappointed with a medical professional's work and reply. I emailed him again explaining that credit would not satisfy me. He has yet to reply over a week later. I have never been so unsatisfied and unfortunately wasted my money.
