My experience with Dr. Serfino was beyond par. I didn't feel rushed like I have at other primary care physician offices

Might just as well have had no doctor. NEVER saw him. His nurse practitioner was overworked and stuck in the nightmare of Obamacare, "protocols. My wife died soon than she should have. Medical malpractice.

DR L C Serfino has been my and my wife's doctor for at least 12 or more years. He was also my sons doctor before he left to college in Flagstaff over 4 years ago. My son has a medical problem going on right now that needs to be looked at soon. The DR accepts my sons insurance but will not see him until Sept. because he is considered now a new patient. Pretty sad stupid rule for a former patient who has been in college all this time. I will no longer see DR Serfino. No compasion
