Only the one gentleman at the desk was polite. The other staff is rude and unwilling to cooperate with you regarding insurance billing. Our Medicare had an issue that I fixed with them on the phone, but they were unwilling to accept the word of the representative and told us we had to wait (atleast a week) to see the Dr after the system updates. They wouldn't accept our paperwork/insurance information prior to the appointment so all this was found out the day of. Going to look for another provider despite having to drive 45+mins.

Thehe people there are rude and wouldn't accept my child as a patient just cause of the doctor who he last saw

My 17 month old son has been sick for over a week now and has been in Dr. Medrano's office twice. He had a fever over 103 then broke out in a rash all over his body. She continually told me it was a virus to let it run its course. I told her something is hurting him he cries all night long. and she told me he was just crying because the rash was itching. Then I asked when she would schedule him for his 15 month shots because he was late on them from being sick. She told me he did not need any shots except a flu shot that all his shots were up to date. I went immediately to his previous doctor who looked at his shot record and said he needed 15 month shots still. Then she looked at him and said he had a double ear infection and a positive strep test!!

The staff is horrible they are ALWAYS rude. The wait time is absolutely unacceptable . I wait over an hour (with an appointment) while walk in that came in after me are seen first. I don't feel the doctor spends enough time in the room with my kids.

Number 1, Doctor Medrano isn't a male. Doctor Leonides Medrano is a FEMALE. The OTHER doctor in the practice, Doctor Hababag is a MALE. I do agree that Dr. Hababag isn't the best doctor. I refuse to see him personally. Dr. Medrano on the other hand is amazing. She's sweet and funny and really seems to care. I've never had any problems with her in the 5 years my children have been seeing her.
