Dr. Leslee Ione Ball-Scovel, MD

This "Doctor" hasn't gotten any better over the years. As others have stated she is VERY condescending and acts as though her patients are an inconvenience. When I asked questions she talked over me and provided no professional medical advice and refused to look further into my concerns. How she has a job is beyond me - I've seen her twice now and that was two times too many - I've already switched doctors and plan to write a scathing review to the VA and her bosses in Congress. If you get scheduled for an appointment with this woman run away as fast as you can - she doesn't care one iota about her patients. STAY AWAY - One star is too high for this doctor but required. I mean who the @$$# does she think she is anyway???

Condescending, immature. Never looked at me even when I held up two damaged fingers. Constantly talked over me and never listened to my answers to her obviously rote and uncaring questions. A computer tech could do her job probably with more feeling. The system in place requires the doctor to plug in information into a computer but I don't think the system intended for the patient to feel worse, insulted, and angry after seeing Dr. Leslee Bal-Scovell. Giving her a star is hard but required, I would prefer giving her a zero rating.

her way or no way. very nasty. yells alot. fake smile. assumes rather than discuss, she knows more about how you feel than you do. staff is excellant.

Does not listen to answers when she asks a question. Spent 2 hours waiting to see her and she spent 7 minutes with me. Doesn't remember why she wanted a follow-up. Can't wait to get out of the room. I do not recommend this doctor.

She's a very caring doctor. Knows how to diagnose and not afraid to spend time with a patient.
