Dr. Lesley Katherine Bicanovsky, DO

This doctor did not properly prep me for the examination. No questions about sexual history, just jumped right into the examination. During the exam she dug deep with her long nails and did not stop even when I communicated my extreme discomfort. I was doing more communicating than she was the whole time. She did not get more gentle/stop until I was sobbing on the table. Only then did she take the time to actually ask me why I came in, sexual history, and how I was feeling. The whole experience pushed me to a panic attack that I carried back out into the waiting room with me.

The wait is long at times, but she is very apologetic and doesn't rush through the appt even when running late. She is easy to talk to and takes time to explain things.

I havent seen Dr. B in a few years since my last child was born, but I absolutely love her. She is so nice and I feel very comfortable with her. She always jokes and is very easy to talk to. I recommend to people all the time!

I had to wait months for an appointment, yet had to wait more than 30 minutes in the waiting room, then felt rushed during my visit.

This office is the absolute worst office I have ever been to. The staff doesn't not care what you say or your worries. I left in tears over how I was treated and the nurse even proceeded to tell me she will cancel my other dr appointment scheduled with Cleveland clinic. Absolutely would not suggest anyone to go here. Prior to this I went in with pains and was sent for several different tests all with different results. I honestly don't think they have a clue what they are doing and just hope others don't make the same mistake I almost did using and trusting this office.

Nobody likes to go to the GYN but she made it a miserable experience. The first time I saw her she had a group of students in the room. She never asked my permission to have a bunch of college kids staring at my private parts, and simply said that she was an instructor and it was important for the students to see what was going on during a routine exam. I felt humiliated. The next year I stupidly went back again and this time I waited an hour in the lobby. When they brought me into the exam room and told me to put on the paper gown, I sat there for another hour. No one came in and told me anything. I finally had to go get my kids from day care so I got dressed and left the room. At the receptionist she rushed up to me to ask why I was leaving. I told her I couldn't wait any longer and to give me my prescription. She remarked, "I had another patient in distress, what did you expect me to do?" TELL ME WHAT'S GOING ON. Never went back again. Found a great doctor in Westlake.

She was so nice and always asks about my son. She is easy to talk to I had a bad dr before I seen Dr B. I almost died with the dr before. But that's a whole other thing. But she has great bedside manner. I'm glad I have her. Her staff is awesome and my wait was a little long but never waited long for her in the room and she answers all my questions and makes me feel comfortable!!! I would recommend any of my family or friends to have her as a dr!! After I had my son she made sure that my blood sugars were back to normal and my c section went great and healed great. Thanks Dr B!!

My wife was given an appointment with her based on availability and closeness to our home. We had to choose a clinic doctor due to our insurance. She was initially establishing her as a new doctor. We were contemplating having one more child. The office visit was diagnosed and billed incorrectly as a fertility visit costing us $365. Let me add that I have 2 yr old and I am in my late 30's so we knew the risks involved. She became pregnant with our second child. Every office visit was an hour or more to get into the exam room plus additional time for the Dr. to get into see her. Once Dr B. came into the room time seemed to be an issue, She seemed more preoccupied with bang bang onto the next one. She wanted to give my wife a lot of different tests to check the baby. We opposed them and she said if your fine with a "downs baby then I am fine with it". She wanted to know about delivery / post birth decisions every vist that were discussed in our first visit. I wanted a scheduled… c-section. She was more interested in getting my tubes tied after this and was pushing the issue. I went to one of my wife's appointment to investigate. The office staff was courteous and friendly. She revisited all the above comments we told her again what we wanted. This was not our first visit! I wanted to ask her a few questions before we left. She seemed agitated that I was keeping her. I seen and heard enough. Thank God that we left her. We now have a beautiful healthy 3 year old. There is a lot more that happened and could be said from us, but I hope this enough and doesn't happen to some one else. I will always investigate a doctor prior to appointments and select one based on the reviews posted on sites like this. That is how we found the doctor that delivered our baby!
