Wow , I was humiliated by an old Lady not sure if she was a PA. Or just a desk lady. She came out and called me in a room and began to point out medication on my drug list of medications with a judgmental tone in her voice and ugly look. Pointing at my hormone replacement therapy I have to be on for normal body function and my heart. She was judging me bc they were controlled anabolic steroids I’m also on thyroid medication but with total ignorance she pointed to a estrogen blocker that’s not controlled then pointed to pain medication I have been taking for years bc of broken c2 and bone narrowing at c5&6 with severe arthritis she said we are not prescribing any of this . I said ok you guys can refer me to specialist I just moved here and I need total shoulder replacement in both shoulders ! She then with a smug attitude said ok I have to go put ALL OF THESE MEDICATIONS IN! So about 4 minutes goes by and the lady comes back out walks to front door with people sitting in waiting room… loudly says the dr thinks you need to go somewhere else !! So she is holding my paperwork I reach out to get it and she pulls it away and walks abruptly away !! WoW I hope Jesus doesn’t judge this ignorant old lady the way she judged me.! In closing I was in a comma in November for 17 days then ever 3 weeks I was back in hospital for pneumonia my last week of pneumonia was last weekend in march. All the medication i take are to keep me alive not to give me muscles. This old nag is ignorant and rude. I wish I had a picture and her name. But trust me if you go to this doctors office you will definitely know exactly which old hag I’m talking about

I have recently been very ill, so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Cown’s office. I have been a patient at Dr. Cown’s office for at least five years, but not once have I met her. When I visited Dr. Cown’s office two weeks ago, I had already been ill for several weeks. Five days later, after looking at my X-rays, they call to tell me I have pneumonia. Before their call, and on the day of my visit, five days prior to Dr. Cown’s office, no one called in my prescriptions. The only way I could get a hold of anyone was because my sweet husband, after first heading to CVS, next, drove to their office, and banged on their door until a cleaning lady opened up. They were still in the office, but not answering their phone after numerous attempts. I never write negative comments. Never. It just isn’t something I have ever done This experience, however, causes me to believe it is important that I share. Dr. Cown, I am a patient of yours and you have never bothered to meet me. I had… pneumonia during this COVID-19 outbreak. Your office forgot to call in my prescriptions. Your answering service told me to just go to an Urgent Care, even though I had just left your office. No one ever contacted me or apologized. Shameful

Margie is the best NP! I have seen her for years and she is so understanding and knows her stuff. Would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone!

Dr Cown is a good MD but her staff is not very efficient . Messages are not answered and I have received prescription for other patients and have received reports that were blank... The staff is friendly but not efficient.

Dr Cown is an awesome physician. She truly listens. The whole place is a friendly environment!!!

Dr Cown takes time to get to know you. I was not rushed in and out. She made me feel she was concerned for me and my health. Dr Cown taks time to earn your trust. She makes you want to come back because you feel like family. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Cown.
