Dr. Lesley Nichole Glover, MD

I think Dr. Glover is amazing, once you get a chance to see her. I went recently for my annual check up, I was sent for labs. My labs results have been back for nearly 3 weeks. I have not received a call from anyone from the office concerning my lab results, which there are concerns. I’ve been calling the office for 2 weeks and is placed on hold by the rude front desk staff and never returned. At this point I have to switch my PCP.

Great Dr. Always takes her time snd listens to all your concerns.

I am a long-time patient of Dr. Glover.....I absolutely adore her! She has a wonderful bedside manner, is patient and kind, a great listener, knowledgeable about any question I ask her.

Dr. Glover has been my primary physician family doctor for 3+ years now. She is very professional, most patient and a great listener. She devotes all her attention to her patients, one at a time. Meaning she takes the time to know you and understand your conditions or what you are experiencing. She does not rush through your care. And I am especially grateful she is not quick to remedy with medications before discussing and giving alternative treatments a chance. I highly recommend Dr. Glover and her staff to everyone looking for a personal family doctor.

I was sent a text on my phone to take a survey for them shortly after my visit. At first I thought it was a scam/spam so I inquired about it. I was told it was valid. So I left my comment/review. Why dont I see it on here? It was about 2-3 months ago. I feel I was set up by the practice because I was being honest about the staff to the doctor. When you complain about the staff there it seems like your black listed.

Drs are good If you are allowed to see them!!The front staff is unprofessional & can not be bothered! I’m still waiting for a call back from 5 days ago when we called in desperation! Had been with them for Over 10 yrs but this was the last time!

The Dr.'s are good to great, they are well qualified and pay attention to detail, take notes and answer all question. My reason for considering to leave is office staff is caddy, do not answer the phones timely, appointments when sick is difficult, long wait to be seen by Dr. even with appointment and slow to fill RX's for pharmacy.

I've had the opportunity to have Dr. Glover as my PCP some years ago and now I'm able to see her again. I'm happy with services offered by her practice and will definitely recommend client/patients to for her service

I absolutely love Dr. Glover, however, her office staff is atrocious!!! I am finally leaving after 12 years due to their lack of professionalism. I almost did not have surgery because they did not send the paperwork on time and my surgeon's office staff could not get a response. Phone calls go unanswered and not returned if you do get through. I have told Dr. Glover in the past and she assures me she is aware and working on it. I have come to realize that she is just too nice and unable to fix the problem or replace the staff that needs to go. Therefore, unfortunately, I need to find another doctor. :(

I absolutely love Dr.Glover! She is kind, knowledgeable and always makes me feel comfortable. She is even proud of my health goals and gets excited to see me.
