This lady is so good at what she does you shouldn't see anyone else

My experience with this Surgeon was not good. I personally would not recommended her after she failed to inform me of finding on an ultra sound and complete inaccuracies in her dictation on my medical history. When I brought it to her attention, she become very combative and starting violating my patient rights with clear retaliation conduct, to protect herself. When I wrote her a letter and terminated care, she did not by way of a apology or showed any humility. Had she simply apologized and took the low road, my soft heart would have cleared the matter, however I would have stilled moved on. I think the biggest concern was she failed to disclose a finding and as a surgeon that was a no grey zone. Her sensitivity to a patients rights to a second opinion was another big issue. I felt she railroaded me and "basically demanded that her recommendations were superior to the patient. I certainly, would not allow her to cut on me under no circumstances. I would say proceed with… caution and do not see her alone, always have someone present.

Dr Taylor is one of the best doctor's I've ever had. I had a breast abscess and was able to get into see her for treatment very quickly. She was very gentle, caring and professional and helped me recover from this painful infection. After her amazing care I want to get all my breast health care thru PLBC. The whole place is amazing!! If I could rate 10 stars I would.

I would highly recommend Dr Taylor. Her knowledge, caring and compassionate bedside manner and expertise made my appointments with her as pleasant as they could possibly have been and I feel at ease knowing she is looking after my care.

Dr. Taylor is caring and made me feel more comfortable than I thought I would through a very difficult time. She is thorough and an excellent surgeon. I highly recommend her to anyone.

From my very first visit, Dr. Taylor exuded a sense of kindness, confidence and reassurance. When I had my surgery yesterday, even while all the other hospital personnel were rushing around and creating a less than calming atmosphere, Dr. Taylor was there beside me, in pre-op, just before anesthesia, and in recovery, speaking softly and calmly, her hand resting gently on my arm. She was a welcome oasis of healing energy, and her surgical skills are impeccable. I had a lump the size of a tennis ball removed from my breast, and she did such a good job that it's almost hard to tell that I even had surgery. If I could give her more than 4 stars, I would. I need to also add that I am a Medi-Cal patient, and a lot of doctors won't even accept my insurance, so I feel especially blessed to have found such amazing care.
