I had three appointments with Dr. Baker and have not seen her yet - nor will I. The first, I waited in the waiting room 45 minutes before I rescheduled. They'd had rogue fire alarms that day that put them behind. I understand. But you had my phone number to remind me of the appt., you also could have used it to call me and tell me you were running late. The second, was the reschedule in which I'd be first that day. Unfortunately, that had to be rescheduled b/c she would not be in that afternoon. However, I would be scheduled second that day and not have a wait time. The third and last appt., I again waited 20 minutes. When I asked about her schedule, there were 2 people ahead of me and they were waiting for a room. So, it's already 20 minutes, and it will be at least another 20 before she sees me, so again, almost an hour wait. I asked the receptionist to explain to Dr. Baker, this is why she lost my business. If they cannot maintain their work calendar, or support their… patients with a phone call, I have serious concerns about their ability to support me after surgery.

Dr Baker is wonderful. Her problem is the staff she has. They don't know the meaning of the word courteous. Your bills are not filed and you get threatening letters. Check with your insurance and the bill has not been filed, yet you have been threatened with a garnishment or lawsuit. The staff will not call you back for an appointment and if you call again they will tell you THEY have been BUSY and you need to wait for their call. The STAFF is ruining her business. She is an excellent Doctor if you can EVER get in to see her.

had to wait in waiting room 1 hr and then back in room 45 min. dr spent 3 min with me and then sent in a assistant typed on computer whole time was not friendly and concern and I was just a number. would not recommend this dr. at all.

Horrible experience, unprofessional, uninvolved, uninterested in answer your questions. Keep in mind patient was there due to prolonged infection looking for a professional answer.. She had her had on the door from the minute she walked into room. She made sure she got her precertification for tests signing from you.. Unbelieveable all the way around. Her staff reflected her so called values. They were RUDE, Rushed you in and out without answwers.. Everything about this Dr. was Curt and I would never return nor recommend her EVER>
