Don't bother ever calling the office . They never answer and never call you back ! Then when you see him he does nothing for your health issues just sends you another Dr who then proceed to tell you your doctor sent you there for nothing

I went to Dr. Benny seeking answers, but unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing and left me feeling worse than when I arrived. Instead of the clear guidance I hoped for, I was met with what felt like an angry, dismissive tirade. The doctor's demeanor was consistently domineering and manipulative. He demonstrated impatience and became notably defensive when I tried to ask questions or express my concerns. Overall, he was arrogant, pushy, and overbearing, exhibiting a controlling approach to what I had hoped would be a collaborative consultation. While he possessed some useful medical knowledge, his inability to communicate it respectfully or with empathy overshadowed any potential benefit. His approach made it impossible to have a productive discussion or feel heard as a patient. I would not recommend him to anyone seeking compassionate medical care.

I have been under the care of Dr. Benny since April 14, 2023. At that time I received a shot for arthritis, was given probably upwards of 30 X-rays and then sent completely across Green Bay to get blood drawn because no body at Rheumatology could access a port! I was given two meds both of which caused severe insomnia. I talked to many people between April and yesterday often playing phone tag. I explained many times that I was in a severe fibromyalgia flare, fever, headaches, body pain due to lack of sleep. Unfortunately the office called ME yesterday and asked me why I had called them. By this time I had already explained exact symptoms to probably four people. Yet, the person I was talking to yesterday told me that they couldn’t find one note that anyone had put in my file!!! I told her I needed to talk to her supervisor so she thought she had put me on hold but I could hear everything she told her supervisor! I will be finding another rheumatologist hopefully that has an office… staff with empathy for their patients!
