Wonderful doctor. He is kind and empathetic. He takes the time to understand his patients and calls them before and after surgery to ensure they understand what to expect and that everything goes according to plan.

Dr. Heffez has been my doctor for over 20 years. He is the most caring doctor and truly saved my life. I trust him with EVERYTHING! He is kind and gentle. When dealing with your face and appearance it can be extremely difficult. Dr. Heffez understands and will do everything he can to make the outcome the best he can. In my case. . . Invisible.

Dr. Heffez has been my doctor for over 20 years. It's hard when dealing with your face but Dr. Heffez gets it and has the most gentle bedside manner as long as you don't goof around lkke you would have 20 years ago; ) There is no one else i would trust to mess with my face. No one can see the 6 in. incision. He is worth the wait. I LOVE THIS MAN!!!

Dr Heffez is a kind, compassionate incredibly skilled oral surgeon. Not pretentious at all. Treated my developmentally disabled brother with incredible kindness and my brother was so calm, cooperative and seemed to totally trust him because of dr's manner. I've seen him in past for a rather "nasty" surgery and he called me 4 times throughout the late afternoon into the middle of night to make sure I was ok. Totally gifted man, highly skilled and compassionate and caring. A rarity.

I have been a pt of Dr Heffez since 1994. I came to him after suffering with pain for years. I had previous TMJ surgery years prior and had no Idea I hadn't healed properly. Dr Heffez took care of that issue as well as several other medical problems I have had through the years. He is the only MD that I trust with my TMJ and other oral issues. He is the best.
