"Worst experience with a doctor in my life. I waited 2 months for an appt and on the scheduled day I headed to the office where my email said the appt was at. I called from the car to say I'd be 5 minutes late and I was told I was going to the wrong office. That instead of the Miami Office I had to go to the Ft Lauderdale office. I called that office and they said since it's your first appt it's ok if your late so come up. As I was pulling up to the parking I got a phone call to tell me that the doctor had to leave for some patient conference or something. I went up to the office anyway, didn't say who I was and asked if the doctor was in. I was told she went to lunch. I spent almost 2 hours in the car."

I have been going to Dr. Herzog in excess of 5 years after my neighbor recommended her to me. He credited her with saving his life. That was good enough for me so I went. She is a very attentive Doctor, noticing things even if you don't mention them. She is very knowledgeable but is also not afraid to refer you to a specialist if she thinks it is warranted. Growing up my family had a history of hard to control high blood pressure which my brother, sister & I inherited. After working with me on this, she felt I would be in better hands with a Cardiologist & referred me to one. In all areas, my entire family has received excellent care from her. Even my wife, who refuses to go to Doctors, loves Dr. Herzog & does not hesitate to go to schedule and appointment to see her when needed. I have no hesitation recommending Dr. Herzog to others. If this rating service had 6 stars, I would give Dr. Herzog a 6 star rating.

I have been a patient of Dr Herzog's for at least 15 years. I trust her completely. She always devotes the appropriate attention to my concerns & explains herself in easily understood terms.

Dr Herzog has been my Primary Care Physician for the past 15 years. I wouldn't trade her for anything.

Dr Herzog has always had time for my concerns and I can be a pain. She has never rushed me out and has spent whatever time that was needed for my problem even when I was being a hypochondriac. It took me 8 years and 6 doctors to find Dr Herzog and I am glad that I did not just settle.

I was a patient of Dr. Herzog's for approximately 15 years. Over the past year or so the office has undergone some changes and is now part of a larger group. If like your calls returned, don't come here. If you want to speak to a human when requesting referrals don't come here. If you want to speak to a speak when scheduling an appointment, don't come here and don't ever expect Dr. Herzog to call you back personally if there is a problem. I have referred other people in the past, but could never recommend her or her office again. In addition, the people I have referred to her have recently experienced the same problems I have with regards to no call backs and general lack of caring about the patient. DON'T GO HERE!!!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Herzog for years and love her. She is very caring and listens to what you say. The only problem we have is the office is undergoing changes and it is not really easy to get a real person to talk to. Dr. Herzog and her assistant are awesome! The office changes, NOT!!!
