Dr. Leslie Sean Ramsammy, MD

Dr. Ramsammy is a very nice person as well as his assistant. He deserves 5 stars but the office in general deserves 1 star. The front desk and office is difficult to work with. Hard to get appointment/referrals. They also can get a attitude. I show up 15 minutes early to my appointment time and i still have to wait a whole hour past my schedule time. If you do go here expect it to be 3 hours...

Every time you call them for an appointment or try to get your prescription refilled no one returned your call I think they're very unprofessional at times

Attempted to make an appointment for over a week and never got a call back or assistance with setting up an appointment. I was told they would leave a message for him to call me back several times and it never happened. I definitely would not recommend to use. Very bad customer service. After i left this review within 1 hour i received a phone call from the doctor demanding that i lied and should get a refund. Hes more focused on reviews than returning phone calls from paying customers.

Dr. Ramsammy is a caring wonderful doctor. I am extremely satisfied with his care.

I had traumatic injuries that were work related. Dr. Ramsammy was the only Dr. who educated my family and I on my injuries words aren't enough.. he's outstanding

THIS IS A GREAT OFFICE. I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE THERE. THE DOCTOR AND HIS STAFF WERE BOTH PROFESSIONAL AND HAD A WONDERFUL BEDSIDE MANNER. THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO DO AUTHORIZATIONS AND RETURNING MESSAGES. THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT WHO WORKS IN THE BACK WAS SO POLITE AND FRIENDLY, i WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Natalie at the front desk is very unprofessional. She doesn't give you the correct information, you need to be able to communicate with the patients. We are not mind readers. This office makes up there own rules when it comes to insurance. Worst experience in my life!! Will be reporting this office to the Better Business Bureau and the Health Department.

Very disorganized office..

I had a very traumatic accident at work. I fell close to three stories and landed on the base of my skull and neck. There are quite a few sites and quite a few surgeries.(wait let me stop I AM ALIVE) The accident was in 2010 and still having surgeries he has literally helped me through the darkest times of my life.He is amazing his outlook and knowledge far proceeds what is written in these online "find an MD" I would advise and do tell anyone who needs a Dr. that has the knowledge and the time to actually listen to you He is the one and believe me I have seen a lot of Drs. I owe him my life he is still helping me physically and mentally.
