Dr. Leslie A Vensel, MD

I saw Dr. Vensel as a new patient today and found her attentive, knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely interested in my health and well-being. Some prior reviews seem to complain about not liking what she has to say, but the purpose of your doctor is not to tell you what you want to hear but rather what you need to hear (in a respectful manner). If you’re looking for a skilled physician who will help you in a straight-forward manner, she is who you want.

Very judgmental. Terrible bedside manner. Phony - cares less about patients and more about the clock.

Since becoming a patient of Dr. Vensel five years ago, I have always found my visits or email questions informative and reassuring. I find low ratings very surprising. If she were taking new patients I would recommend her highly.

I had high hopes that Dr Vensel would be able to help guide me and have suggestions with my on going life health issues. It did not turn out that way. She completely dismissed me as a pt when I did not agree with her on her Intermittent fasting program. As a pt we are looking for guidance not someone to have no bedside manor and become disengage when you feel a particular treatment they suggest is not for you. Sorry but to have a God complex as a Doctor is not becoming. Doctors are there to give suggestions based on their training not pressure you into anything and them become disappointed when you don’t do what they want. I would not recommend Dr. Vensal at all.

I had the most disturbing experience with her. She started out very nice but became extremely unprofessional and unhinged during subsequent appt. It was very bizarre and there was no reason for it so I will just chaulk it up to some sort of mental impairment on her part. I never write reviews but I had to for her because I would not wish my experience on anyone else.

Can not say enough good things. I am here today because of her people skills and diagnostic skills.

She was my doctor for 8 years until I moved. I wish I could find another just like her. She helped me become healthy and stay healthy. I cannot praise her enough.
