Dr. Lesly Berger, MD

My children visited the practice for years. Over the last few visits I became extremely concerned about Dr. Lesley Berger and a staff member. Specially, treatment of my daughter as a patient by Dr. Berger. Additionally, her office manager was continuously rude and once verbally attacked me while shouting in my face in the presence of my children and others. When I reported the manager to Dr. Berger she excused the behavior and never offered an apology for the traumatic experience. As a result, I do not recommend Dr. Berger or the practice - especially the Ellicott City, MD. location.

We have been going to see her for 7 years but I have to say we say her today for my daughters check up and I was very disappointed how little time she spent talking with us, especially about a recent issue that was discovered - she basically stuck her head back in and said call a specialist and left. We are going to change practices. The practice has been good for getting appointments but not happy with the quality of care or the bedside manner of Dr Berger - she was the reason we joined the practice so I am very disappointed after our last appt.

Dr.Berger does not listen to the patient parents and spends very few minutes with the patient. She always says that the baby is normal and nothing to worry and when it gets worst she give a medicine. I realized the difference when I selected some other doctor from the same clinic, who was good and paid so much attention to the patient DR. BERGER IS NOT A GOOD LISTENER AND SHE MAKES THE PATIENT COME TO THE CLINIC MAY BE FOR MAKING JUST THE MONEY.. SHE CANNOT TREAT PATIENTS who has needs other than regular physical checkups.

My child saw dr. berger on three seperate occeasions only to come back within two days because of wrong diagnosis making condition worse. At visit there is no check on vitals I was told that is done at well visits.Which is true but they are to be used as a baseline???? Would not recomment unless of course going for well visit since she does not have to diagnose anything!!!

Dr. Berger is the best! I wouldn't want any other dr. to care for my kids.
