Dr. Lester Steven Kritzer, MD

Dr. Kritzer has been my Endocrinologist for 20 years. He's helped me through alot with my thyroid. I am currently under his care and I highly recommend him to everyone !!!

I found him to be judgmental and unkind. I was having difficulty with weight gain due to Thyroid disease. I had tried every diet and was watching my carbohydrates and exercising daily. He basically called me a liar, berating me. I left that office vomiting. He was most unkind.

Excellent Doctor, with fantastic bedside manor. I wish all Dr. were like Dr. Kritzer!!!!!!!! One in a million!!!!

I have been seeing Dr Kritzer since 2002. He diagnosed me with Hashimotos thyroiditis after many, blew me off as being depressed. Over time, my weight came down, but then I hit a plateau. I did a bit of research at home, on supplements, and also on a web seminar about Hashimotos. I took that information to my next appointment, Dr. Kritzer was open minded, and listened to the supplements I wanted to try. I wanted to make sure, they would not interfere with my synthroid dose. A year later, I am now 20 pounds lighter! I was 18lbs lighter at my last appointment with him, but since then, I lost 2 more pounds. I feel so much better and I have more energy, and am not as lethargic as I use to be in the afternoons. I do not understand why some people do not get along with him? He has such a gentle-spirit, and he also wants us all to feel our best. Many doctors will not even listen to what we say. They give us a 2 minute brush off, and we leave disappointed and unvalidated. I think, if… you need a great endocrinologist, you should give him a chance. The office reminds you about your next appointment, and I always get in, right on time. I never wait for even 5 minutes. ALL his staff are fun and professional. How refreshing to be greeted with a smile~

He is a terrible doctor. He thinks everyone is depressed and pushes antidepressants on them, instead of finding out the real cause of the problem. I know many people who had the same experience.

Dr. Kritzer has NEVER rushed me out of the office. He is courteous, kind, caring, gentle and he does everything right there in his office. I tried a Dr. closer to me after I moved, I'll drive the hour and 15 minutes to see him in Manchester. It's only a few to a couple of times a year.

I would definitely say he broke his oath which is to do NO Harm! He harmed me! He should NOT be working with Patients!

Dr. Kritzer first treated me in 2005. I was suffering from severe headaches that had grown more frequent through the years until by 2005 they were daily events. Under Dr. Kritzer's care the headaches began to abate until today they are a rare occasion. Every visit or communication with him and the office staff is always a pleasant and rewarding experience.
