Horrible office experience: - patients are ignored while manager trains personal to use phone answering service (hey HIPAA!) - manager refuses to give her name or position - questionable billing policy - manager prefers to threaten with police instead of listen and answer questions It was nice place before. And doctors are very good. Current office manager made it impossible to come.

DR. Lev Elterman completed surgery in Rush univercity to my son 5 years old . Very profession specialist in his area.Provided excellent knowledge to the son's urologic problems. Very flexeble hours and very nice carring about appoitments in Skokie office.All personal is pleasurable and professional. Highly recommend! Thank you so much for your hard work!!!!

Dr Eltermans office is a mess.

Avoid this place. The office staff are terrible and pathetic, not professional, do not speak English, cannot communicate with insurance when need to get pre-authorization. In fact, all billing done perfectly fine when check the insurance claims, so not sure if they cannot or pretend, they cannot do the job. When asked for order or any other documentation the answer was shocking - “you are not allowed”. Requests to speak with doctor go nowhere - no calls back. Never answered emails. The personal record on file which can be seen online filled with not accurate and contradicting information. No recent tests results in the file. This is a very bad place.

I was treated for 4 years by a urologist at the University of Chicago Hospitals. I was constantly complaining of having pain. The urologist told me there was no way to find an exact cause of the pain and did absolutely nothing to help me during all 4 years. I decided to get a 2d opinion from Dr. Elterman. He made a bacteria test at my first appointment with him and suggested a detailed strategy of how to cure the problem. I was really very impressed by Dr. Elterman.

I feel like Dr Elterman bought his ratings on different websites because I had nowhere near a 5-star experience with him. I had to wait for about 3 hours for my appointment, and that is not an exaggeration. In the middle of the appointment he got a phone call and excused himself, later he came back and acted very aloof, obviously trying to end the appointment quickly. On top of that, he misdiagnosed me and I had to take a strong antibiotic to no avail.

The most horrible business practice I have encountered in my 28 years of living in this country. The so called practice manager Inna (Elterman, I assume). Has cancelled my parents appointment last year and then rescheduled it without letting them know. Now this doctors wife is continuing to make harassing phone calls to my elderly parents (80+) claiming the $50 missed appointment fee. She is rude and obnoxious. She is threatening to call at night and on the weekends to collect this so called debt. So much for patient satisfaction. She was already informed, that they do not plan to ever return to this doctor and I will certainly not recommend anyone to have anything to do with them. ANOTHER GRADUATE OF TRUMP UNIVERSITY IS ABUSING THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

Dr. Elterman treats me as if I were the most important patient in the world. He interacts with me and asks for my opinion at every important decision point. It's clear that he cares about my well being does everything he can to put me in the best place to continue to live a long and healthy life.

Dr Elterman is simply an amazing physician ...it's a pleasure to deal with him !!!!!! Unfortunately stuff at the office...Oh well ...that's another story ...very unprofessional , lazy and just don't care attitude !!!! Training how to treat patients and be on top of things is needed !!!!!

Absolutely amazing doctor and staff!!! Although the office was extremely busy when I came, I was treated like the most important patient there! I would put 6 stars for Dr. Elterman and everyone he works with!
