Dr. Lew Anthony Little, MD

No Doctor wants to simply hand out Opiates to Addicts. Dr. Little is now using medical marijuana to get people off of Nasty Drugs. I am highly impressed with his treatment Plans. Dr. Gary Plummer Chiropractor in Englewood

I can only say good about this doctor and his staff. If all you want is opioids this is not the dr for you, if you read the reviews you can see the negative reviews seem to be drug seeking. If you truly want a better quality of life and want to be in less pain, this is the dr for you. I have been seeing him for 2 years, I have had a few injections, massage therapy, physical therapy, and I can honestly say I am in less pain and have a better quality of life

I have gone to three different pain management drs in the last 5 years. Dr. Little is by far the most comprehensive of the three. His injection techniques and my relief from them are far above what the other two could do. He is thorough and extremely helpful in managing long term pain from multiple avenues.

this doctor will only keep you in his practice if he can, at some point in time, give (sell) you a injection or procedure , his background is anesthesia. he makes his money from this and even though he says he isnt pushy about, he truly is. and its as simple as - office visit earns 300$- injection 2000$ or more. like most doctors that pretend to care about you but truly only cares about your wallet as you can read from other reviews. if your in need of many injections, this is the doctor for you! if you want pain meds then you might get suboxone which is what he puts you on now. he could strive to better people orientated on a 5 star scale time spent with patient 3 stars cares about your pain 1 stars wait time , average of 30min, 3 stars getting pain meds 1 stars getting injections, he will push off patients to do them quickly 5 stars listening to your pain complaints 2 stars. dont ever forget all these DR's are business and are in it to sell to you. which isnt bad,what is bad… is when they push you into something you dont want or need or simply cant afford, all so he can earn more money year after year.

The staff is very polite, friendly, helpful, well groomed and competent . They are very accommodating . Dr. Little is extremely helpful, interested and concerned , listens , strives to help patient find best relief from pain . He is very learned and has a good sense of humor . Installs confidence in his Patients

I was accepted as a self paying patient. After waiting more than a month for my appointment, I was required to pay upfront, $375. for my visit. The nurse who did the intake was very professional; I cannot say the same about the doctor. Doctor made several inappropriate jokes at my expense. As a pain management clinic, I admitted that I may temporarily need opioids to help deal with my chronic pain in my knee. He said that would be out of the question and the answer would be further surgery. He then told me to come back when I got medical insurance and summarily dismissed me in a most rude manner. No further reason for the dismissal was forthcoming. Don't waste your time with this quack! He insisted on a surgery he knew I couldn't afford so he dumped me due to lack of insurance. Not ethical, maybe not even legal.

I went in to see DR Little and the place reminded me of a locked up place as if I were looking for drugs. In which I told him I just wanted to be out of pain and hated taking any medication. I spent more time in the waiting room then I did with him and he charged me $398.00 and sent me on my way.

He is ok has changed the way he used to be. and is very strict about his federal regulation he needs to comply to. Gives me injections and they work for me. He does seem to be pushy about getting them. Overall he is a good doctor that may not remember the things you told his in prior visits. I have a fused vertebrae at c-4 c-5 and other issues he helps me deal with.

Dr. Lew is a very good doctor and much more caring about the individual than the Southwest Florida pain Center in Port Charlotte where the average wait time os 1.5 to 3 hours due to terrible management. Dr. Lew is very personable and detailed with his patients. His approach is very thorough and complete and truly cares for his patients. This is a refreshing change. An excellent choice all around. Most of all true caring about the patient rather than just processing you in and out.

My experience with Dr. Little has been great. After my accident I had to see a pain management doctor. The doctor has put me on therapy and getting me back to the place where I can function again with my pain. Would recommend this doctor to who ever needs help with injuries or disabilities.
