Dr. Lewis S. Kriteman, MD

Dr. Kriteman performed the Aquablation procedure for my enlarged prostate (BHP) in February of 2024. He did excellent job with the procedure and exceeded my expectations. His PA was also excellent. I also had a quick recovery.

It’s difficult to get through to the office. I have left a few messages but have had no call backs. I’m very concerned. I’m having reoccurring UTI’s. I’m on the last refill antibiotic. I need the doctor to help me.

Dr. Kriteman calmed my fears about what might be going on, and gave me courage not to panic every time I thought I might have a UTI.

I was a new patient who had made an appointment 4 weeks in advance. I arrived to be told Dr Kriteman was not available and there was a comment on my record that the appointment needed to be rescheduled!! No one had contacted me to rearrange, and I wasted over 90 minutes of my own time getting to and from the appointment. At its best this is extremely poor customer service at its worst it points to a deficiency in the overall abilities as a Urological practice. If they cannot manage a simple appointment what does that say to their actual surgical and patient care. I get things go wrong but with something as personal to me as my health and well being I have chosen to go to another urologist.

I've only had one visit and I was very impressed with Dr. Krietman's professionalism and knowledge. I will be going back for treatment from him. Some patients complained that Dr. Kriteman seemed to be in a hurry. What doctor isn't? This is a byproduct of our healthcare system in this country today.

My father has been seeing Dr Kriteman for over a year. He has helped with his incontinence so he is now sleeping through the night, something that we thought would never happen a year ago. The office staff is always very professional and kind also. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Kriteman is clear and concise on diagnosis. Exceptionally pleasant personality relating to the patient, especially being diagnosed with kidney cancer. He injected some humor in a tough situation. Explains patient situation very well. Wish there were more doctors like him with the warm personality.
