Dr. Leynard Martinez, MD

I told the doctor on multiple visits they I needed something other than anti-inflammatory meds for pain he just ignore me and my symptoms and never prescribed pain meds. I don't know what it is about insurance companies that has doctors to write a script for legitimate pain relief but it horrible. Write the script you can tell if a patient is abusing... HELLO.

I told him to touch where my tendon was out of place laying on top of my ankle bone. He said I should be fine and that I could walk on it. He assumed it was just a sprain. He said I should be fine and that I could walk on it. I went to see a specialist and got an MRI and needed surgery because I'd torn 2 tendons and frayed a ligament. After that I lost all respect for him.

We’ve been with Dr Martinez for a decade or so. I have always been pleased with the standard of care wenhave received. I’m heartbroken to learn that he is no longer seeing patients and has moved on to treating Swedes employees exclusively. Thank you for many years of great care Dr Martinez. ~The Stinson family

Not a thorough doctor. Had an appointment with him to discuss mental health and to be referred to a psychologist and he decided to diagnose me without me further explaining more symptoms that I was having. The over all feeling that I got from him is that I was wasting his time because he "knows what's going on and doesnt need any further explanation" and that he wanted me to get in and out as soon as possible. I get that doctors are busy and have tight schedules but I shouldn't feel like a burden about something I need help.

Dr. Martinez is the rudest, most unsympathetic doctor I have ever visited. His bedside manner is horrid and he doesn't care really care about his patients. He's an arrogant jerk.

He is friendly and most helpful in every way.

This doctor does not read medical records or looks at your medical history before talking to you. If he is your doctor, please be very careful.

Excellent doctor, great communication and follow up. Very easy to get an appointment and efficient office visits.
