Lian Bach, DO

I was so disappointed in my exam with Dr Bach. She doesn't have good bedside manner. She rushed through my concerns and appointment. I felt like she was too busy to be bothered with my concerns. I will never go back to her again. She also told me just to read my after care packet and it explains what I needed. Horrible.

It's nice to see a doctor that smiles and is happy! She was extremely thorough and even had some tests re-done as my previous PCP did not look at my test results closely enough. She is easy to talk to and had excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend her. Her staff are also very attentive and excellent with following up with me should I have any questions. All follow up came in the form of a call and e-mail, but I also got a letter in the mail with my results and the doctor's notes.

My last appointment with her was very frustrating. As I am addressing my concerns, she is typing away on her computer, no eye contact at all. When she asks questions, it doesn't address my concerns, more so questions my concerns, as if I don't know what I am talking about. In her video on sjm she says that she cares about connecting with people and getting know them on a personal level, that's all rubbish.

Does not listen to patients concerns.
