I have been to many Dermatology practices. This was hand me down my best experience. I saw Alissa for a skin check and she was extremely thorough. I look forward to having a long relationship with this practice.

My friend recommended this office. What a gem! The office is modern, yet cozy. I came in for a cosmetic consultation for Botox and lip fillers. I have tried other offices. She is very light handed and their prices are reasonable. I enjoyed my experience. Highly recommend.

I called to express my concern that I had been waiting for over a week to receive my prescriptions. The doctor barked at me on the phone, never apologized, told me it was my fault and then took the time to write a signed letter acknowledging I needed medical care but refusing to see me. Who does that? This doctor only cares about money.

Dr Mack is knowledgeable and approachable..Her office is efficient and helpful. She is one of the few derms I've encountered that approachs medicine first and cosmetic issues secondary though she is experienced in cosmetoc procedures as well.

I have had multiple skin exams, but Dr. Sorhaindo gave me the most complete exam I have ever had. I have been to a number of dermatologists who would look at me for 5 seconds and tell me everything was fine. I have brought my entire family to her for skin checks. I highly reccomend her.

Dr. Sorhaindo is very nice. However, I felt like she was so much in a hurry and didnt have time to talk to me more about the history of my sensitive issue of my skin. She concluded my case upon looking at it for less than 10 seconds and didnt have time to listen that the prescription she's giving me is not far from what i have been prescribed during so many years that I have been suffering from the same problem. She seems nice and knowledgeable but I am now thinking of just seeing another doctor who will make me feel that he/she really cares. She may not have intended to make me feel that way but unfortunately, I did...especially i'm now getting emotionally affected by my persistent problem with my skin.

Dr. Sorhaindo is friendly and accommodating. I was 30 minutes late to my appointment and she still made a point to see me. She is extremely professional and knowledgable. I will keep going back to see Dr. Sorhaindo and recommend her highly.

Dr. Sorhaindo was very knowledgable about skin and skin care. She took her time with me and I didn't feel rushed. I felt very comfortable with her and loved the fact that the person treating me was not only able to explain things on my level but her skin backed up her knowledge and skin regimines. After I met with her about an acne problem I was having she took time to do a skin consult with me. I came back another day and had Botox, fillers, and laser hair removal. I love the results. I didn't feel like she was trying to over do the procedure to increase my costs.

Terrible experience. Had a 1:35 PM Friday appointment -hit traffic on way. Called the office at 1:25 to say I might be 5 minutes late. Was informed I had a 15 minute grace period, could arrive as late as 1:50. Arrived at check in counter at 1:40 -5 min late. I was informed the doctor couldn't see my son, even though there were two other patients in the office who the doctor DID see - one was 20 minutes late for a 1:15 appointment, the other was exactly on time for a 1:50 appointment. This was a Friday afternoon - all Dermatology offices closed all weekend - next available appointment the following Tuesday. So I used 1/2 day of vacation just to take my son to this doctor, whose doesn't follow her own policy. This is exceedingly rude behavior and unacceptable. Whatever medical talent this dr has is outweighed by the rudeness and non-professional attitude she exhibits. I would recommend seeing ANY of the other area dermatologists, rather than being treated disrespectfully by… Sorhaindo
