Dr. Liana H. Greer, MD

Dr. Greer is pleasant, and the office is clean and tidy. However--I cannot stress this enough--the administration of this business leaves so much to be desired. During my initial visit, I waited over 50 minutes to see the doctor. The office was empty, and there was no staff communication whatsoever. I am new to the area and am looking for a new GP, and had heard good things, so was willing to put up with a short wait. By the time they called me, I was grabbing my things to walk out the door. No one acknowledged the extraordinary wait, nevermind the fact that they would have charged me if I had shown up late to the same appointment. The follow-up was meant to be a 15-minute virtual appointment. Doctor was a no-show. Several minutes in, I received a text that my appointment would be delayed by up to half an hour. I am now 30 minutes in to what should have been a 15-minute check-in. Bottom line: unless you're willing to give up an indefinite amount of time in the middle of your work day,… find a different practice. This office does not care about your time and will not communicate with you about expectations. Follow-up: I made a follow-up appointment (virtual) for the 8 am slot and after an hour, the doctor still didn't show up. I had to call the office and they said this happens all the time. I will never work with this office again.
