Dr. Liana Sustento Seneriches, DO

Came in pretty sure I needed an antibiotic. Explained to me all about viruses and how it just needed time - even drew out a chart for me to visualize and when to come back if needed. Turns out she was right and saved me $$ from unnecessary medicines. Usually not the norm for urgent care where there is such a rush to get me out that am impressed if the doc even has time to look me in the face. Highly recommend.

The Patients First office is very clean and fast and the supporting staff is wonderful. Most of the doctors there range from ok to good. It's a good place if you're in a pinch and need help fast. However, the Patients First billing dept. almost always sends me bills afterwards for every extra service they can drum up, which I NEVER experience from my own doctor or other urgent care clinics I've used. In other places, my payment ENDS with the co-pay for the visit. As for Dr Seneriches, I've seen her twice. Both times, she was very pushy with a lot of extra services I didn't really need, trying to convince me in a subtle, but very disapproving way that I was being an irresponsible patient, giving me melodramatic warnings like I could drop dead from a heart attack for not doing an extensive array of blood tests when all I needed was an antibiotic for a cough. Other doctors at Patients First are not so pushy. My advice: go there if you need a fast fix. But if you get a pushy doctor at… Patients First, stand your ground on services you really don't need, or you could get stuck with a big bill afterwards that your insurance won't cover in full.

Talked to me like a fellow professional. Great personality, talked me through my x-rays in a way that was easy to follow, and explained the need for follow-up in a calm, witty, and non-alerting manner. Very patient (no pun intended) and did not appear to be in a rush, spending adequate time with me but also working efficiently. That was one of the best urgent care visits I have experienced, thank you.

Doctor Seneriches has the best bed side manner I have seen in a long time. She made me laugh, feel comfortable and was truly sweet. I only wish she were in private practice so I could make her my new primary care physician.

Nicest doc Ive seen, very easy to talk to and extremely helpful. She even drew out a diagram for me on the paper covering the exam table.

Only one who took time to actually listen, instead of rushing out the door. Explained things to me in a way I could understand, even drawing things out. Would definitely see again
