Dr. Liat D Moore

Please cancel this appointment and February 6th as well. I've had one or two bad experiences at dentist offices before but this office in particular was outright awful. Dr Moore has the bedside manner that would make a neurosurgeon blush. The dental hygienist was nice but seemingly frustrated with Dr Moore and it did not go unnoticed. If you don't have the capacity to treat those with more issues than a cavity perhaps you should just treat those who their cavities filled and dental implants. It was clear early on Dr Moore wanted nothing to do with coming up with a plan for my situation. After the hygienist left the room I sat for 15 minutes waiting for the Dentist. Dr Moore never introduced herself once in my two visits and her mask couldn't hide her indifference. Once she finally entered the room she treated me like a leper. Again Dr Moore never introduced herself or spoke to me as a human being, just a chart and a half assed assessment, her "idea" was just a lot of extractions… because I smoke and why bother looking into alternative methods.Her attitude was palpable. There is nothing "family" about this office. The receptionist were nice but once you get past the waiting room it was about as pleasant as waiting for a colonoscopy at the DMV. Brutal. Thanks for confirming my belief that the dental industry is just as bad as the Medical industrial complex. Wish it wasn't so but it sure is.

Dr. Moore cares about one thing, money! Awful experience and customer service. Was a patient for a very long time, but since Dr. Moore took over, it has changed for the worst! Will not return!

I recently changed dentists & WOW what a difference it made! I had a few procedures done & felt no pain. My teeth were cleaned & they never looked better. I was impressed by all the high tech equipment. The offices are cosy & clean & Dr Liat & her staff are very caring people. I can see why she's been rated the number one best in her field!

Have been seeing Dr. Moore for many years now. Teeth and gums are healthier than ever. Loving my (whitened) smile!

Overall health of my teeth and gums has never been better. All because of the continued consultations and effective strategies given by Dr. Moore and her professional staff.
