Dr. Libbie L Shell

Dr Shell was very efficient and sad she is moving. I have concerns about staffing w regard to doctors. I’m new to hearing aides so we will see if they fit my needs accordingly. Dr Shell answered every question I had in a detailed professional way. The system seems fast paced.

I believe she is very knowledgeable and she seems a nice person, but I felt she was in a hurry and did little to reassure me. When I had problems she basically dismissed my issues. She spent most of the initial appointment inputing the insurance information. I don't really see what I am paying for in terms of follow up. Wish I had gone to Costco and saved money. I see that everyone else loves her, so maybe our personalities just didn't mesh. I think I was misled about the entire value of hearing aids for my situation.

Dr. Shell is very helpful with explaining the various features and benefits of each hearing aide brand. She is easy to talk to and I appreciate how much she is able to accomplish in our visit.

With regard to a number of different types of hearing aids, Dr. Shell was knowledgeable, personable, enthusiastic, thorough, took into account my particular hearing needs, patiently answered my questions, and made herself available post-appointment for any questions I might still have. Needing hearing aids was not something I was looking forward to, but it seems more manageable having spoken to Dr. She’ll. I feel fortunate that I am able to collaborate with her on this important decision.

Dr Shell is a real professional at her profession .
