Dr was fantastic! Listened to all of my concerns as well as my daughter's! Dr Balbort was wonderful!

I am disgusted with this whole office. They refused to make any effort to see my sick child with a rash spreading on his face. At only 4yrs of age and no history of face rashes he should have been seen that day. I asked the nurse if they could squeeze him on 4 different phone calls. She kept telling me there's nothing they can do and at one point told me its because they have lives outside of work and cant stay late to see him. WE were referred to 2 different places which are not creditable for caring for children or anyone in my opionon. If you are looking for a great Dr and staff I recommend going to anyone at OSF in Morton Il. fyi there has been more then one istance of refusing to my sick child. A concusion and 103 fever to name a couple more.
