Extremely thorough, takes all the time needed and truly well informed and caring. I moved to this area after having the same Doctor for 30 years and feel so fortunate to have found this Doctor.

don't know how she could have anything less than 5 stars! I have been her patient since shee began her practice, and have followed her out to Woodland Hills froom Santa MOnica because she is the best. I am a nurse practitioner, and have been a nurse for >40 years. You can't do better than Dr. Fang

Was looking for a new female doctor and was truly disappointed, appointment cancelled by the office a day before the appointment after waiting for two months,unnecessarily billed, and wasn’t even seen for 15 minutes and this was without the dr even seeing or receiving my medical records which were requested almost 3 months before the scheduled appointment......

I have a fairly extensive and challenging medical history. I also just recently moved to the area. It was a very, very encouraging first visit. Dr Fang asked all the right questions, and the technicians and staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. I heartily recommend these folks.

I absolutely love Dr. Fang. I have been seeing her off and on for almost 20 years and cannot think of a time she wasn't attentive and understanding. She explains things in plain English so you understand what's going on, and she has no problem sending you to a specialist when needed.

Love love love Dr. Fang & all of the doctors at Family Health Associates of Santa Monica. I've been coming here for about 15 years & even though I no longer live or work in Santa Monica, I make the drive it's so worth it!!

The nurse only returned my calls 2 days later even though I mentioned on the voice mail that it was urgent because I was in pain. If they didn't even take the time to make an appointment, how good of a medical service can she give. And this is exactly true for me as a patient of 4 years. Wait is long and seeing time is rushed. Medical service is so so. I finally have enough with her and have to switch to another doctor whom I have done enough research on.

Dr. Fang and the rest of the staff at Santa Monica Family Health are fabulous. They are friendly, caring and considerate. They provide excellent customer service and know you on a first name basis. Dr. Fang is wonderful and I recommend her to everyone I meet.

was rushed, insincere, not thorough, basically sent me away with no explanation why i might have felt crappy enough to make the appointment. drink more water she said. now i have a full blown sinus infection and she wont return my calls. her receptionist, on my 4th request for antibiotics, tells me they do not prescribe without seeing the patient? i was there 3 days before!! i hung up saying that i could not take another day off work and i guess i will just suffer and die then, she said ok!!
