Dr. Lidia Pousada, MD

Absolutely floored by the blunt disregard for the law. Dr. Posada doesn't actually see patients. She has someone else examining and diagnosing the patients and ordering prescriptions in her name. Shocked and appalled

I love Dr. Pousada. She had a very personal nature with all of her patients. She is also very talented in cosmetic work.

A friend referred my mother, who has a very complicated situation, to Dr Pousada. After a very thorough first visit, my mother said she had found the doctor she'd waited 50 years for. Now Dr Pousada takes care of our whole family. She's not just intelligent and well-trained, she is very wise and hears the unspoken needs and fears of her patients. And that's why we know she's the best.

My husband was suffering from terminal cancer when we met Dr Pousada in a local nursing home. She went far above & beyond any doctor we had ever worked with, getting us extra services, equipment, etc. She even gave me her private # so I could text her anytime. She was as close to perfect as a doctor could be. She gave my husband the priceless gift of 6 more months with us, and I can't thank her enough.

This Doctor is impossible. Her work with nursing home residents is frankly criminal. She never actually sees any of them, NEVER returns phone calls, and recently allowed our nursing home resident family member's medicines to lapse due to simple negligence and indifference. Shame! I wonder how many patients she bills Medicaid for whom she does not actually see or speak to. Next stop for us, the state complaint board.

I had seen many doctors for a very chronic problem, when a neighbor referred me to Dr Pousada. Her office is warm and pleasant, her staff are very professional, and Dr Pousada was just terrific. It took us a few visits and going through a lot of old records, but Dr Pousada gave me a lot of time and a thorough analysis of my illness. She solved my problem and finally gave me relief of pain and peace of mind. What a pleasure!

I brought my wife to Dr Pousada after many other doctors and specialists couldn't relieve her symptoms. Our first visit was very long and detailed. Dr Pousada is extremely detailed and really does her homework. Most importantly, Dr Pousada didn't dismiss my wife as a "too tough case." Our follow up visit was short and sweet. Dr Pousada had solved the puzzle no other MD could or would. I have my wife back again, and the two of us couldn't be happier. We would refer anyone with a complex problem to Dr Pousada. We'll be her patients for life.

As an older (complicated) patient, I had trouble finding a kind, caring and intelligent physician until I met Dr. Lidia Pousada. She's a beautiful person in every way. Thoughtful, sympathetic, patient, and extremely bright! She can even handle my big family with charm. Dr. Pousada's my doctor from now on.

Dr. Pousada is as lovely inside as she is outside. She is funny and friendly, but doesn't miss a trick. My cousin, who has many problems, recommended her as "the best doctor in Westchester." I absolutely agree with her!
