never respond back to patient. The billing office is from India or Nigeria some crooked place somewhere outside of US. You can never get a respond from any of this doctor's office in the US.

My wife and I had several procedures. I don't even remember this doctor being there. I did receive several bills roughly 12 months later! Paid over the phone by CC. Still got bills. Called back, after going round and round was told that the doctor couldn't accept a CC? (Wish they told me that earlier). Walked into their office and paid by check. Asked them to check if anything remained outstanding for either myself or my wife and they told me everything was paid to date. Now I am receiving a bill from a collection agency. Very frustrating and certainly not work the bother.

Will always advise my surgeons in the future NOT to use Mr. Lechau. Had a one-hour procedure where he was the anesthesiologist & I could barely swallow for the first 36 hours postop, and had a horrible sore throat that lasted three days. Subsequently, one week later, I had a four-hour procedure with different asthesiologist which resulted in absolutely no problems whatsoever post-operatively.

Unfriendly anesthesiologist.Injured my uvula so it hurt for days! Apparently not particularly careful when intubating.
