Dr. Shen actually cares about her patients and will go through your health concerns during her follow up with you. Staff are kind and courteous. I'm not sure what the other people who complain are talking about.

Dr. Shen is a very caring, professional, and thorough doctor. She always makes sure you understand your health condition and goes out of her way to make you feel at ease. I would recommend her over many other doctors in the area.

With an appointment, the wait to see the doctor is 1 hr and 45 mins for an annual checkup . receptionist Jessica wastes patients appointment and slots in patients. I saw another patient yelling at the receptionist, and Jessica puts him in front of everyone else. Doctor Shen is great, but her receptionist Jessica will waste 1-2 hours of your life

Dr Shen is excellent. She helped me and was spot on with my condition and helped me with my health problems. Very polite and explains your medical conditions.

The staff's attitude is awful. Especially the phone answer. She is rude and impatient, not mentioning helpful or guidance. During my several phone calls for mere appointment, she is always trying to interrupt me with bad attitude, impatient for finding an proper time for my schedule. I have never seen this kind of service. If it's not the doctor, I would never consider this place for a second time. If you wanna start a bad day in a sunshine morning, just try to give them a call. The low grade I gave is merely due to the bad attitude of the front desk phone answer, not other medical service. She ruined my and my wife's whole day.
