Dr Howard Estrin is a good doctor. He listens and is very smart. I feel comfortable with his care.

Dr. Estrin is thorough, understanding and very concerned about the well being of her patients. I've been with her for years.

Dr. Lily Estrin herself is, to my opinion a very good and thorough doctor, however, I was not very happy with her office service. I was sent by the office to do some lab works and it took the office half an hour just to fax the referral for me to the lab. Moreover, when I called to book my follow up appointment with the doctor, they gave me an appointment ( scheduled three weeks in advance), only to call me two days before the appointment to let me know that they do not accept my insurance. The lady in the office did not even apologize for her mistake.

Terrible Doctor. Waited two days to get an appointment. She finally called me to "try " to diagnose me on the phone. I clearly had a severe flu. She told me I had a cold and would not need to see me. Refused me an appointment to see me. I have the best insurance and she wants to diagnosis over the phone. Doesn't want to see me because I guess she can diagnose without doing general practitioner 101.
